Colleague by Ellucian

Colleague is BW's Administrative Information System.  It stores data and records for people, courses, budgets, and statistics.  Access to Colleague (faculty/staff only) is based on job duties.  Call x2316 to request access.  Login at:  https://colleague.bw.edu

Off campus access to Colleague is only available via Virtual Desktop.

MyRecords is where administrative and academic records are kept.  Students will use MyRecords to schedule Orientation sessions and complete admission forms.  It is also used for course registration.  Transcripts, forms, and financial aid information is also available in MyRecords.  Access it from MyBW or at:  https://myrecords.bw.edu

See the Residents tab for information about printers in Res Hall rooms.

The Student Advising Tool is for multi-year course planning.  Students and advisors work together to schedule required courses and track degree completion progress.  Access this tool at: https://myrecords.bw.edu or from MyBW.  This video tutorial will help you navigate the system or contact the BW Advising Office at x2188.

BW faculty and staff have access to centrally-located MFD (multi-function devices) to print, copy, scan, and fax.  Go to Computer Settings > Devices > Printers & Scanners and locate the printer closest to you.  Set as default.

Faculty and staff use the Mitel VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) telephone system and Mitel Communicator.  These quick reference instructions will assist you with telephone and voicemail setup.
