Please review this important BW policy, as it governs the responsibility of each user.

"Blackboard" is BW's Learning Management System (LMS).

This is where you will connect with each of your courses.

Locate the Bb home page at:  Click on the "Courses" link in the left navigation menu to find a link to each of your courses.  Explore the other tabs, as well!

You will also find links to many campus resources listed in the body of the page.

For quick help, click the "?" in the lower right corner.  From the menu, choose "Chat Support" to launch the chatbot!

Blackboard "Collaborate Ultra"

Collaborate Ultra is Blackboard's live video conferencing tool.  It is built into Blackboard and each course has its own Collaborate "classroom."  Collaborate facilitates a synchronous virtual classroom experience that lets students and faculty interact remotely, breakout into groups, share applications & files, and use the virtual whiteboard.

Blackboard "Ally"

Ally makes the digital content in Blackboard more accessible for students.  It automatically checks course materials against WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.  Faculty receive prompts and guidance that helps convert documents into alternative formats, such as audio and electronic braille.
