Blackboard Learning Management System

"Blackboard" is BW's Learning Management System (LMS), used by faculty and students.  Each course has a Bb site where the instructor can post the syllabus, share documents, collect assignments, enter grades, and more!

Colleague is BW's Student Information System (SIS) which maintains administrative data on people, courses, budgets, and statistics.  Access to Colleague (faculty/staff only) is based on your role at BW.  To request Colleague access, call x2316.  Log in at:  https://colleague.bw.edu.  

MyRecords

MyRecords is where administrative records are kept.  Use it schedule Orientation and complete your admission forms.  It is also used for course registration.  You will also find transcripts, forms, and financial aid information in MyRecords.  Access it from MyBW intranet portal or directly at:  https://myrecords.bw.edu

Student Planning Tool

The Student Advising Tool is for multi-year course planning.  Students and advisors work together to schedule required courses and track degree completion progress.  Access this tool at: https://myrecords.bw.edu or from the MyBW intranet portal.  If you need help navigating the Planning Tool, watch this video tutorial or contact the BW Advising Office at x2188.
